Did you know that the Norwegian Meditation Circle traces its roots back more than 70 years?
It all began with an inspiring meeting in Los Angeles in the 1950s, and a copy of Autobiography of a Yogi that made its way back to Norway in a traveler's suitcase.
That encounter sparked a flame that spread among friends, eventually leading to the founding of Norway's first official Self-Realization Fellowship Meditation Group in 1970.
